Privacy policy

This policy describes how TZS Lab (“we”) handles your personal data when you join the tzs>studio waitlist on this page.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

  • Name — to personalize our communication;
  • Email — to send confirmation and, later, your access link;
  • Chosen language — to email you in the right language;
  • Signup source — UTM parameters and referrer, if present in the URL;
  • IP address and timestamp — logged to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (LGPD Art. 7, I) and our legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX) in keeping the platform secure. You consent when you click “Join the list”.

4. Retention

We keep your signup while the waitlist is active. After public launch, data from people who don't create an account will be deleted within 12 months unless you tell us otherwise.

5. Who we share with

  • Supabase (database) — securely hosts your data;
  • Resend (email delivery) — sends messages on our behalf;
  • Vercel (site and backend hosting).

These partners process data only for the purposes described. We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.

6. AI training

We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

7. Your rights

You can at any time request access, correction, deletion, anonymization, portability or revocation of consent. Email contato@tzslab.com or reply to any of our messages — we respond within legal timeframes (LGPD Art. 19).

8. Cookies

This page does not use tracking cookies. It may use browser sessionStorage only to show your position on the thanks screen — that data never leaves your device.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data — HTTPS everywhere, role-based access control, audit logs. We will notify the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and affected users in case of an incident, as required by LGPD.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the current version. If we change anything material, we'll email those on the list.
